Our team collaborated closely with the organization to help them build their brand, design and publish several clinical guidelines as well as the vast array of promotional materials to support the educational materials.
Website Content Support & Brand Implementation
While we didn’t lead the initial build and development of the CCSMH WordPress website, Frolic played a role in its ongoing evolution.
Leveraging our expertise in content management and brand implementation, we integrated new branding and styles into their existing platform. Utilizing the Beaver Builder page building theme, we supported with content managements, ensuring each page reflected the organization’s updated brand identity.
Through collaborative efforts, we successfully transitioned their website into the new brand.

PROMOTIONS & SIGNAGE
Close collaboration with various teams at CCSMH to create a wide array of promotional materials, including conference displays, postcards, social media templates, and Canva templates for internal communications, ensuring brand integrity and effective messaging.
DOCUMENT DESIGN & LAYOUT
Designing clinical guideline documents and also accompanying resources like pocket guides for health care proffesionals and brochures.
MULTI-LANGUAGE
Managing all documents and projects in English and French, and occasionally in other languages as needed, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility for diverse audiences.
PROJECT & BUDGET MANAGMENT
Working closely with project managers to ensure budgets are managed and up to date, and all projects meet their deadlines, facilitating smooth project execution and financial transparency.
