Our Values

For people, for peace, and for our planet

We are an organization that does not perpetuate or stand for hate. We not only believe in diversity, we know the world is a better place because of it. As a team, we are always striving to grow, shift our perspectives, and better understand our fellow humans in all their glorious colours, genders, and beliefs. We recognize that allyship goes far beyond posting a flag, acknowledgment, or statement on our website. It means supporting each other, our clients, and our community wherever we can, to help create a more inclusive space for everyone.

As creatives and designers, we understand the power of messaging. We are passionate about working with organizations that are doing good in the world. For people, for peace, and for our planet. Above all, we are committed to conducting business in a way that is safe and inclusive for all.

Land Acknowldgement

NOGOJIWANONG
PETERBOROUGH

We acknowledge that we are on Treaty 20 (Williams Treaty) territory and the traditional lands of the Michi Saagiig Anishinaabeg. These are also the traditional lands of the Michi Saagiig and Chippewa Nations. We recognize and respect the surrounding Nations of Alderville, Beausoleil, Curve Lake, Georgina Island, Hiawatha, Rama, and Scugog Island.

We are honoured to live, work, and create on this land, and we recognize the enduring relationship that Indigenous peoples have with it. As creatives, we draw inspiration from the landscape that surrounds us and has been carefully stewarded for generations by Indigenous communities. We are grateful for the ongoing learning, wisdom, and cultural knowledge that continue to shape our understanding of this place.

We commit ourselves to continued learning and growth, to shifting perspectives, and to deepening our role as allies. We acknowledge the harm of colonial histories and the inequitable systems they have created, and we will continue to help in unwinding those harmful patterns. In gratitude and respect, we move forward with humility and a commitment to healing, reconciliation, and meaningful allyship.
